The Kai PRO Diamond and Ceramic Retractable Sharpener is the perfect tool to maintain your collection of Kai cutlery. This blade sharpener features an easy, 3-step process to restore your knife's razor sharpness. Just pull your knife through the first slot for rough sharpening, the second slot for refinement, and the third slot for finishing. It is designed to sharpen straight-edged, double-bevel blades at a 16-degree angle.

A retractable cover allows for easy, compact storage, making it comfortable for both left- and right-handed users. This sharpener is not designed for use with serrated, single-bevel, ceramic or titanium blades, and should not be used on blades with nicks or chips, or with blade stock wider than 3.5mm.
